At The Heavenly Hound Pet Cremation, we understand that your beloved pet isn't just an animal—they're a cherished member of your family, a source of unconditional love and countless happy memories. When the time comes to say goodbye, the heartache can feel overwhelming, and we want you to know you're not alone in your grief. Our family owned and operated business offers compassionate and dignified cremation services, treating every farewell with the same care and respect we would for our own. We're here to lend a paw to your family, honoring the beautiful life you shared and helping you find a peaceful sense of closure.
Our Availability & How to Reach Us
We truly understand that saying goodbye to a beloved family member can happen at any moment, day or night. While our Google listing may show our hours, please know this means we're always reachable by call or text, day and night, to support you. As a small, family-owned business, we also manage our own full-time careers, so we're not physically at our facility to intake pets 24 hours a day.
All of our services are by appointment only, ensuring we can give your pet and your family our full, undivided attention during this sensitive time.
For immediate care and guidance, please call or text us anytime, 24/7. If you reach out between 8 AM and 5 PM, a text message will typically get you the quickest response. For urgent needs in the quiet hours of the night, please give us a direct call. If we're momentarily unavailable, please leave a voicemail or send a text, and we promise to get back to you as quickly and compassionately as possible.

Temporary Business Changes
We wanted to share some very special news with our community: our family is growing! We are expecting a baby in just a few months.
As many of you know, we are a small, family-owned business. Every aspect of our work is handled by us directly. We have lived our lives "on call," working seven days a week between our full-time jobs and our business to ensure your beloved pets are taken care of and returned to you as quickly as possible. We love what we do, but to ensure a healthy pregnancy and a smooth transition for our baby, we will need to make some temporary adjustments.
What to expect over the coming months:
🐾 Availability: We have doctor’s appointments every two weeks. During these times, we will be unavailable for calls so we can focus on our health and enjoy these moments without overwhelm. If we do not answer immediately, we ask that you leave a voicemail and/or text us.
🐾 Service Changes: You may notice longer turnaround times and limited pickup availability.
🐾 Stray Services: While we remain committed to helping deceased strays, we will not always be able to provide pickup. If you are able to transport them to us, we would greatly appreciate the help.
🐾 Looking Ahead: When the baby arrives, we may close for a few weeks and/or look into hiring additional help. We will keep you updated as we get closer to our due date.
We are asking for your support, patience, and prayers for a safe pregnancy. If anyone in the community is interested in helping us during this transition, we would gladly welcome it.
Thank you for loving us and supporting our dream. These changes are temporary, and we can’t wait to introduce you to the newest member of our team!
With love,
Susan & Andy 💕
